Perfect book to tackle nightmares
I read this book with my 7 year old daughter who suffers from nightmares regularly.
She loved the idea of taking charge of her dreams and being the director. We brainstormed all the different ways she could change her dreams. Her very active imagination came up with many funny ideas.
Highly recommend this book for any parents who have little ones struggling with nightmares.
